SWU PHINMA B-School BSBA Program – designed to be “industry-driven” and “practitioner-oriented”. This made possible through the implementation of Active Learning via the real-life Business Case Method. The students learn from various business cases, local and global, covering Fundamentals of Management, People Management, Marketing Management, Operations Management, Managerial Accounting and Control System, Financial Management, and culminating in Strategic Management.
Every semester, as equivalent to their final examinations, the students are required to present and defend before the panel of Industry Experts and Practitioners their LIVE group projects dealing with Business Improvement Plans (BIP) involving enterprises in the SWTown, as well as in the greater Cebu Business Community.
