Southwestern University (SWU) celebrates 75 years of providing quality education and producing the best professionals.
Just as it helped the country recover from the chaos and tragedy of the Second World War when It opened its doors in 1946, SWU has sustained its legacy as a premier learning institution and is now leading the way in providing innovative, affordable, and relevant education in the midst of the uncertainties of the COVID-19 pandemic.
On May 6, 2021, the school’s officials and limited department’s representatives gathered for the PANAGTIGUM sa SWU – the university’s 75th Founding Anniversary and Homecoming. The event highlighted 75 years of producing leaders and achievers, reminisce meaningful relationships, rekindle successes and past accomplishments, as well as share the promise and excitement of a more glorious future.
