SWU PHINMA’s BSIT Program – through its practice-based approach to learning – provides students the character and competencies they need to reach the pinnacles of their IT profession. They are equipped with a solid foundation in computational thinking, which allows them to learn just about anything in the field of IT; thereby helping them acquire the important traits of agility and adaptability. Additionally, the focus on high-growth application areas of IT greatly enhances their current and future relevance in the ever-changing IT environment. Furthermore, the meaningful collaborations with various stakeholders from the IT industry and other industries also improve their potential as significant contributors to the growth of IT. The program helps them acquire the proficiency to identify and solve problems and the capacity to introduce changes to enrich the organizations they will be joining or starting.
